  • I. Registrations for Tests or Examinations can only be concluded when full installment is made and affirmed. Part Payment for any Examination or Test enrollment won't be considered until Payment is made in full.
  • II. Tests that have been effectively registered accurately can't be canceled.
  • III. To Reschedule Tests, application and payment must be made minimum of ten (10) business days before Initial registered test date. A reschedule fee will be charged.
  • IV. In a situation where an applicant’s Test sin’t registered due to non-availability of chosen preferred date(s), such individual will be contacted to pick an alternative available date via E-mail, Phone call or SMS for which we should receive a shared correspondence
  • V. Where the applicant does not accept the above (point VI), the alternative of a refund becomes available after which all charges for Peruse materials and Preparation services have been deducted.
  • VI. In a circumstance in which a payment is made by a candidate without requesting for a service after six (6) months, such payment will be forfeited
  • VII. We will consider petitions (via E-mail) for refunds of unregistered Examinations or Tests on a case by case premise via the receipt of appropriate information relevant in determining the eligibility of a refund. Where qualified, (point VI) applies after all charges for peruse materials and preparation services have been deducted, including a 10% Administration Charge
  • VIII. In a situation where an applicant has made full installment for a test and an upward price review occurs, such individual may be contacted to either make a balance payment or be given the alternative of a Refund(the above applies).
  • IX. Refund will not be issued for inaccurate choice of examination or test. Notwithstanding, there is a choice of Examination conversion(the above) applies.
  • X. In an event whereby an applicant makes a part payment for a Test or Examination and an upward price review occurs before the completion of installment, such client would need to make the parity installment on the new pricing.
  • XI. There will be no refund for a Test or Examination enrollment payment that has surpassed six months.

Admission Placement/Immigration Process Agreement

With regards to the expert administrations to be rendered, The Contender must consent to pay a non-refundable charge as determined, stated below:

  • I. The admission placement fee is the professional fee MafitStudy charges to address the individual being referred to for the processing of admission into the agreed communicated number of schools abroad.
    • The immigration consulting fee is a non-refundable professional fee paid, for pre-assessing the contender for their immigration chances.
  • II. The school applied to takes the decision on the administration of admission. The applicant must agree and acknowledge that the payment made to MafitStudy does not guarantee that their application for enlistment into the agreed number of school(s) will be asserted by same. Mafit Study will not be held liable under any condition for any payment(s) made by the candidate to the institution(s) which they may have connected to in any semblance of tuition fee or otherwise
  • III. Applicant must agree and acknowledge that the non-refundable cost as resolved to pay is payable for admission placement installment ally at an initial fee at the rate of 50% before the commencement of the procedure and the other half before giving over of all the Admission documents.
  • IV. Also, the applicant must affirm that the payment of the admission processing fee permits Mafit Study to send their application to the concurred number of institutions expressed in the concurred country(is) chosen on the admission form.
  • V. More so, the candidate must affirm He or She will contact Mafit Study ab initio whenever an issue or objection arises in respect to their application for admission in the agreed country(ies) chosen and seek to resolve such issues or any term of this agreement.
  • VI. Mafit Study will not be held liable to render services in any circumstance that the candidate neglects to consent the Agreement or falls behind financially of payment of fees.

Applying for a Refund

To process your solicitation, the accompanying documentation must be submitted:

  • An Email petitioning for a refund which entails justification for which you are requesting such.
  • The evidence of payment issued by Mafit Study or any of its Auxiliaries.
  • The client’s account details.

Refunds Processing

  • Refunds will be issued via Bank transfer for all Payments made.
  • Application for Refund takes Thirty(30) days to process. You will be contacted in respect to the effect of your application.

Delivery/Shipping
